Using Pulza
By creating an account, you agree to use Pulza in accordance with these terms and any applicable laws governing clinical recordkeeping in your jurisdiction.
Accounts & Practices
Practice administrators are responsible for the accuracy of data entered by their staff and for managing access permissions within their practice.
Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can downgrade or cancel at any time from your billing settings; changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable Use
Don't use Pulza to store data you're not authorized to hold, attempt to breach another practice's data boundary, or interfere with the service's normal operation.
Limitation of Liability
Pulza is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable and accurate, but we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
