Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Credentials are never stored in plain text.
Practice Isolation
Row-level security scopes every query to a practice_id, so one practice's data is structurally unreachable from another's account.
Access Controls
Role-based permissions govern who on a practice's team can view or edit clinical, billing, and administrative data.
Audit Logging
Sensitive actions are recorded in an audit log so practices can review who accessed or changed what, and when.
