Pulza

Built by clinicians, for clinicians

Pulza is a clinical operating system for therapy practices. We started with music therapy because it shows the full shape of the problem: clinicians need to plan goals against real clinical domains, capture observations during sessions, and communicate measurable progress to families and care teams.

Our principles

Clinical safety first

Every AI output is drafted, then human-approved. Nothing generated lands in the clinical record without a clinician signing off.

Data isolation by practice

Enforced at the database layer with Row-Level Security — not just application logic — so one practice's data can never bleed into another's.

Synthetic data until verified

Demo and development environments run on synthetic-only data until real-client onboarding has been fully verified.

How it's built

Pulza is built as a monorepo: a shared design system, a framework-agnostic Clinical Engine, and one data model that every app reads from.
